Role Description
As a Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centric copy for our web and mobile applications. This involves collaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to develop engaging and concise content for a diverse user base. Your responsibilities will include translating English content to Simplified Chinese, proofreading and reviewing Simplified Chinese content, identifying opportunities to optimize user experiences, participating in content critiques, driving clarity in language and consistency in voice and tone, streamlining workflows, conducting content audits, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Simplified Chinese, with a focus on translating Chinese-related content
- Experience translating content from English to Simplified Chinese
- Some experience in content development and strategy, preferably in the tech or fintech industry
- 1-2 years of experience in UX writing
- A strong UX portfolio that showcases examples of user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, product launch content, or components of the end-to-end user experience
