We are looking for a reliable and active Community Manager to oversee our group chat. Your main goal is to keep the conversation flowing, maintain a positive atmosphere, and ensure all members follow our community guidelines.

Just as the job description say's, you will work as a social media manager, and help me meet daily target's without fail. You must show your willingness to work 

Project Presentation:
 Create engaging presentations or pitches about the platform’s features (e.g., betting on events, oracle integration, rewards) for social media, Discord, Telegram, or webinars.
Record Videos: Produce short promotional videos (1-3 minutes) demoing the platform, explaining prediction mechanics, or sharing success stories; post on YouTube, TikTok, X, or project channels.
Participate in AMAs: Join live Ask Me Anything sessions (1-2 hours weekly) to answer community questions, highlight updates, and build trust as a knowledgeable advocate.

Responsibilities:

Craft coherent UI text in Chinese and English for products, ensuring clarity in conveying information to end users.

Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to align all textual content with product objectives and user experience standards.

Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts for internal AI products at Binance, adapting prompt content based on real-world use cases.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of all textual content on live products.

Regularly review existing bilingual content, rectify ambiguous wording, and systematically update the content database.

Stay updated on the latest trends in content creation and AI industries, exploring innovative approaches to enhance work efficiency.

Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Journalism, UX Design, or related fields.

Fluency in English is compulsory for effective coordination with international partners; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, and familiarity with UX copy protocols is preferred.

Demonstrated interest in internet, AI, and fintech products with strong attention to linguistic nuances.

Excellent communication skills, collaborative attitude, quick learning abilities to adapt swiftly to new tasks.

Prior experience in copywriting or AI prompt design is advantageous.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Content Operations Manager who is proficient in data analysis to oversee financial content strategy and implementation. This role involves working at the convergence of market insights, user engagement, and interdepartmental cooperation to transform intricate market narratives into informative, persuasive, and customer-retaining content.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all aspects of content operations related to market content and utilizing related content to enrich user experience and promote user conversion.

Stay informed about financial markets and cryptocurrency trends in real-time, and translate market changes into relevant, accurate, and compelling content.

Lead content projects across different departments (Academy, news, etc.) from inception to completion, emphasizing on meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Establish and maintain a feedback loop for content using data: track engagement metrics, draw insights, and implement quick iterations.

Implement AI tools effectively to streamline content creation processes - from brainstorming and initial drafts to localization and personalization.

Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams to define content-related features and enhancements within products.

Develop content strategies that align with various user lifecycle stages such as onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in content operations, particularly within financial or investment platforms.

In-depth market awareness, ability to track macro trends, understand trading patterns, and engage with investors effectively.

Proven track record in project management, including managing cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and conducting post-project analyses.

Strong user-centric approach: consideration of user segmentation, identification of lifecycle touchpoints, and understanding of how content influences user actions.

Proficient in handling and interpreting data to derive actionable insights.

Fluency in English is a must for coordination with international partners; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

Hands-on expertise with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to expedite content workflows and enhance quality.
