Job Summary
Everclear (prev Connext) is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Lead to enhance brand visibility, educate target audiences, and establish the brand as a leader in its category. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the content pipeline, create high-quality long-form content, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms, including the Everclear blog and email newsletter.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Content Development: Create and implement an innovative content strategy focused on the web3/DeFi industry catering to both consumer and institutional demographics.
Content Creation and Distribution: Produce engaging long-form content aimed at various audiences within the web3 space, from individual users to institutional clients.
Experimentation and Optimization: Utilize content analytics and SEO tools to test, monitor performance, and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
Channel Management: Identify and establish new channels to engage and reach previously untapped audiences effectively.
Visual Collaboration: Partner with designers to generate visually appealing static and dynamic visuals that enhance content engagement.
Market News Amplification: Work collaboratively across teams to amplify and showcase ecosystem-related news to bolster brand presence.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in content marketing or writing, including a minimum of 2 years in the web3/DeFi domain.
Content Expertise: Proficiency in developing captivating long-form content suitable for both web3 retail and enterprise/regulatory audiences.
Data-Driven Approach: Display proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to inform strategies and enhance content performance.
Adaptability: Demonstrated experience in operating within fast-paced environments alongside technical and creative teams.
Deep Web3 Understanding: In-depth knowledge and interest in crypto-native culture and DeFi dynamics.
Collaborative Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, collaborate under pressure, and effectively communicate the impact of content initiatives.
