Content Operations Manager

About the Role :
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our remote team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining APIs, handling data management, and integrating with the blockchain and other systems. You’ll work closely with the frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between the backend and the user-facing parts of the platform.
Responsibilities :
API Development: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to interact with the front-end and blockchain components of the platform.
Database Management: Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to store and manage user data, property metadata, transactions, and more.
Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with the Smart Contract team to integrate the backend with blockchain technologies like Ethereum and Polygon (Web3 interactions).
Security & Performance: Implement security protocols to ensure platform safety and high performance, including handling user authentication, payment systems, and personal data management.
Collaboration with Frontend: While your focus is backend, a basic understanding of React and frontend development will help you collaborate effectively with the frontend team for API consumption and integration.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs, improving both the backend and the overall user experience.
Documentation: Write clear and concise documentation for APIs, database structures, and integration processes to ensure smooth team collaboration and future scalability.
Requirements :
 5+ years of backend development experience.
 Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
Familiarity with IPFS or cloud storage solutions is a plus.
Basic knowledge of React.js and frontend development (enough to collaborate effectively with frontend team).
Experience working with Web3 technologies (Ethereum, Polygon, Web3.js, Ethers.js) is preferred but not required.
Understanding of smart contracts and decentralized applications is a plus.
Security: Strong understanding of security best practices, especially in regard to blockchain interactions and user data.
Problem-Solving: Ability to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot complex systems.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and work in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities :
Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript
Integrate with backend APIs and Web3 services (e.g., wallet auth, smart contract interaction)
Work with 3D designers to integrate Three.js models into the user experience
Optimize UI performance for high-load and mobile experiences
Collaborate with backend, blockchain, and AI teams for seamless end-to-end experiences
Contribute to design system and component libraries
Participate in code reviews and agile sprints
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in front-end development
Proficient in React.js, JS/TS, HTML5, CSS3
Familiarity with frontend state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Basic understanding of Web3 or blockchain wallet integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect)

You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant user experiences while designing 3D visualizations of real estate environments using tools like Blender and Three.js.
The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with technical proficiency and has basic hands-on experience with React and front-end development.
Responsibilities :
Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows for the web & mobile platform
Create immersive, interactive 3D property visualizations using Blender or similar tools
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate 3D scenes using Three.js
Ensure a seamless user experience from Web2 UX to Web3 wallet interactions
Maintain design consistency across components, tokens, and 3D interfaces
Conduct user testing, iterate on feedback, and improve UI/UX design quality
Help optimize performance and responsiveness of 3D/visual elements
Contribute to brand visual direction and design system
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for complex web & mobile applications or platforms
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Integrate 3D content using tools like Unity, Babylon.js, or Three.js (if mobile-compatible)

Requirements :

Build and deploy machine learning models for property recommendations, price prediction, and user engagement optimization.
Integrate LightFM, LangChain, and OpenAI/LLM frameworks.
Design AI-powered agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
Collaborate on feature engineering, data pipelines, and AI service APIs.
Work with frontend developers to display predictive results and recommendations in the UI.
Deploy models using AWS SageMaker or similar infrastructure.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay up to date with advancements in GenAI, real estate AI, and MLOps best practices.
Requirements :
5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
Strong Python skills with frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Experience with recommender systems (e.g., LightFM), NLP, or conversational AI (LangChain).
Familiar with deploying models in cloud environments (preferably AWS SageMaker).
