As a Content Lead, your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement a holistic content strategy that resonates with the brand identity, target audience, and business goals. This role necessitates a blend of creative content creation and data analysis to gauge the content's impact on overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the project team to grasp business needs and devise effective communication approaches.
- Generate engaging content for diverse platforms, including the website, newsletters, blogs, organic and paid social media, to convey stories adeptly.
- Stay updated on competitors' strategies and industry trends, sharing insights with teams and integrating them into content planning to enhance traffic and audience engagement.
- Develop content strategies for new customer outreach and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Partner with the analytics team to create comprehensive reports containing essential metrics (e.g., impressions, traffic, conversions) for assessing content performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in content strategy or a comparable role.
- Proficient in SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
