Content Strategist

Overview

Our client, a growing e-commerce business in the fashion industry, is expanding into multiple markets such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Vietnam. They are currently seeking a skilled Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies across various platforms like the company website, blogs, paid media, and social media channels.

As a Content Lead, your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement a holistic content strategy that resonates with the brand identity, target audience, and business goals. This role necessitates a blend of creative content creation and data analysis to gauge the content's impact on overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the project team to grasp business needs and devise effective communication approaches.
• Generate engaging content for diverse platforms, including the website, newsletters, blogs, organic and paid social media, to convey stories adeptly.
• Stay updated on competitors' strategies and industry trends, sharing insights with teams and integrating them into content planning to enhance traffic and audience engagement.
• Develop content strategies for new customer outreach and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Partner with the analytics team to create comprehensive reports containing essential metrics (e.g., impressions, traffic, conversions) for assessing content performance.
• Engage with both internal teams and external partners for content-related assignments.
• Undertake additional projects as delegated by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in content strategy or a comparable role.
• Proficient in SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
