Responsibilities/Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers in various departments to strategize hiring plans for active roles
- Devise targeted sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Update and maintain job descriptions as needed, ensuring a tidy Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate effectively with the recruiting team on candidate scheduling and progress tracking
- Engage with global teams using communication platforms such as Slack, Google Meet, Greenhouse, and email
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in startup environments, particularly in hiring for GTM, Engineering, and Product roles
- Demonstrated success in recruiting within fast-paced settings, including at least 1 year of internal recruitment experience
- Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates and managing direct recruitment processes
- Prior knowledge or keen interest in Blockchain/Crypto industry
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Proficiency in employing behavioral interviewing techniques for a stellar candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities
- Excellent prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think creatively for talent acquisition
- Exceptional storytelling skills and a positive team-player attitude
