Creative Project Manager (Freelance)
As a key member of the Growth Creative Team, you will play a vital role as a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating and overseeing complex projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge across various media formats such as content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals to elevate Crypto.com's growth endeavors to higher standards. You will manage and coordinate projects related to acquisition ads, CRM, and product launches within a remote-friendly team setting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to execution, ensuring the on-time delivery of top-notch creative assets.
Create and update project timelines, establishing clear objectives and expectations for all involved parties.
Work closely with channel managers to establish creative analysis procedures and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth divisions to align projects with overarching strategic objectives.
Implement tracking and reporting systems to enhance team productivity.
Manage communication and relationships with external vendors, maintaining an effective pool of resources.
Act as the primary steward of creative resources, ensuring optimal and efficient utilization.
Maintain project documentation and file organization.
Collaborate with global teams across varying time zones when necessary.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related fields.
Bring 3-5 years of experience in project management and associated roles.
Demonstrate strong project management capabilities, adept at multitasking and leading multiple creative campaigns from inception to completion while meeting set deadlines and KPIs.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating across diverse creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
Have a data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing campaign performance, deploying insights, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing creative strategies.
Display a solid understanding of creative strategies and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, with the ability to incorporate data-driven insights into decision-making.
Possess agile project management skills, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines, while efficiently coordinating creative assets across various channels, ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand coherence, and compelling messaging.
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused with meticulous attention to quality standards and error-free assets optimized for each platform.
Proficient in project management tools like Airtable for task allocation, resource management, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Familiarity with AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferable.
Advanced digital advertising expertise is beneficial, encompassing in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, along with an understanding of targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
