Description
As a valuable member of the Growth Creative Team, you will play a key role as a Creative Project Manager by coordinating and overseeing challenging projects to successful completion. We seek a Project Manager with in-depth knowledge across various media forms, such as content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals, to elevate Crypto.com's growth trajectory. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing and coordinating acquisition ads, CRM, product launch projects in a remote-friendly team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of end-to-end project management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets from concept to completion within set timelines.
- Create and maintain project timelines while setting clear objectives and expectations for all stakeholders involved.
- Collaborate with channel managers to establish creative analysis processes and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with overarching strategic goals.
- Implement project tracking and reporting systems to boost team efficiency.
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors and facilitate effective communication with them.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing creative resources efficiently.
- Maintain project documentation and file organization.
- Coordinate with global teams based in different time zones as needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related fields.
- Possess 3-5 years of project management experience along with related work history.
- Showcase strong project management skills, adept at multitasking and leading multiple creative campaigns from inception to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills through collaboration with various creative teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Embrace a data-driven mindset to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, utilizing performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, and data-driven insights in decision-making.
- Be well-versed in agile project management, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines to effectively coordinate creative assets across multiple channels while ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and messaging.
- Show high levels of organization, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset by ensuring error-free and high-quality creative assets optimized for each platform.
- Have experience with project management tools like Airtable for efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely deliveries.
- Possess knowledge in AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces, considered advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Expertise in digital advertising is beneficial, particularly in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
