Creative Project Manager (Freelance)
We are seeking a resourceful individual to join our team as a Creative Project Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part within the Growth Creative Team, overseeing and propelling challenging projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of diverse media forms, including content creation, motion graphics, product design, and key visuals, to elevate Crypto.com's growth endeavors. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the management and coordination of acquisition ads, CRM initiatives, and product launch projects for the team, which operates in a remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire project life cycle from conception to implementation, guaranteeing the punctual delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Create and manage project timelines, establishing clear objectives and expectations for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with channel managers to institute a creative analysis process and ensure adherence to KPIs.
Work closely with various teams including Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and others in the Growth department to align projects with strategic objectives.
Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to enhance team efficiency.
Nurture relationships with external vendors and oversee communication with them.
Manage creative resources effectively and ensure adherence to project deliverables.
Organize project documentation and file management.
Collaborate with global teams spanning different time zones when necessary.
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related field.
Possess 3-5 years of experience in project management and related areas.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, adept at multitasking and navigating numerous creative campaigns while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
Understand creative strategy and processes, with a strong grasp of performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
Be agile in project management, capable of adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines while effectively coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
Show exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-driven approach.
Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable for efficient task allocation and timely delivery.
Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is beneficial.
Possess basic proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Advantageous to have expertise in digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
