CRM Architect
We are in search of a dynamic and proactive professional to step into the role of a CRM Architect. Your primary focus will be supporting our VIP and Growth teams by overseeing the implementation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of a specialized CRM platform. The ideal candidate will showcase substantial expertise in CRM solutions, especially Salesforce, possess a strategic mindset in addressing business issues, and act as a valuable partner in expanding our VIP program and promoting growth-oriented initiatives. Your contributions in this role will be pivotal in delivering top-tier service to our relationship managers and high-value clients while facilitating business growth through efficient CRM system utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main architect for the CRM platform, responsible for daily configuration, user support, and system enhancement.
- Customize CRM objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and layouts to cater to the evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate these into CRM solutions aligned with growth and VIP strategies.
- Drive improvements to boost the usability, efficiency, and accuracy of the CRM platform for the VIP team and broader business functions.
- Establish and oversee data governance processes, validation rules, and conduct regular audits to maintain high data integrity.
- Provide training and support to users for best practice adoption and ensuring optimal CRM system utilization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of the CRM platform.
- Stay abreast of emerging CRM capabilities and updates to recommend innovations supporting business growth and enhanced VIP offerings.
- Assist in developing actionable reporting and analytics enabling data-driven decisions for the VIP and Growth teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes for operational continuity and transparency.
Key Requirements
Development & Architecture
- Deep knowledge in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern front-end design patterns.
- Proficiency in data model design, advanced SOQL/SOSL, and governor limit optimization.
Integrations & APIs
- Hands-on experience with APIs, External Services, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Ability to design secure integrations and experience with event-driven architectures connected to Salesforce.
Security & Compliance
- Mastery of Salesforce security model and experience in handling personal data, GDPR, and financial compliance.
- Familiarity with Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, and session security controls.
Scalability & Performance
- Experience in CRM architectural roles, designing scalable solutions in large environments.
- Proficient in performance optimization and ensuring transactional integrity.
Operations & Governance
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, documenting architecture decisions, and leveraging best practices in CRM systems.
- Expertise in logging, monitoring, and error handling.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
- Experience in quality assurance and system testing.
- Prior experience in sectors dealing with high-value clients.
- Familiarity with integrations of communication platforms.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
