Responsibilities

- Vision Development: Develop and implement comprehensive and automated CRM strategies to guide customers through their journey effectively.
- Data-Driven Frameworks: Create customer journey frameworks to steer lifecycle strategies and ensure alignment across teams.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and facilitate effective handoffs.
- Inclusive Environment: Foster a workplace culture that promotes continuous learning, innovation, and open communication.
CRM Automation and Tech Management Strategy
- Creative Development: Lead creative strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- User Growth Strategies: Design and execute strategies to enhance user loyalty and conversions.
- Personalized Campaigns: Oversee personalized email and push notification campaigns for optimal engagement.
- Segmentation Strategies: Develop sophisticated segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized CRM messages.

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement to enhance ROI.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or CRM software administration.
- Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with latest CRM trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Business Intelligence tools, and Customer Data Platforms.
