Job Summary:
A company is searching for a CRM Specialist in Traditional Finance (TradFi) to assist with managing cross-channel communications for their emerging e-commerce platform. This role will focus on enhancing platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics across various channels such as push notifications, email, and in-browser messages. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and report to the CRM Manager to ensure effective execution of campaigns and strategies tailored to meet customer needs in the traditional finance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with different teams (Product, Marketing, Creative, Tech) to develop Go-to-Market strategies
- Support the CRM Manager in designing and implementing CRM and campaign initiatives
- Improve platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through activities like new-fund deposit and cross-selling conversion
- Manage user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, in-app messages), and evaluate performance metrics
- Utilize data analytics to predict user behaviors, identify trends, and develop personalized strategies for upselling and cross-selling aimed at increasing conversion rates
- Perform experiments throughout the customer lifecycle to optimize funnel conversion and engagement
- Integrate and analyze industry trends to align with business goals
- Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and leverage basic statistics to boost campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in roles related to growth, marketing, CRM, or business analytics
- Strong knowledge of digital assets and traditional finance sectors
- Proficient in campaign delivery and automation, with a focus on A/B testing
- Skilled in analytics, logical thinking, and numerical analysis
- Track record of using data tools to enhance performance and customer experience
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience in enabling marketing personalization using data
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
- Shows ownership, responsibility, and commitment in all tasks
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Able to adapt quickly to fluctuating market conditions
- Interest in financial news is a plus
