We are looking for a CRM Specialist (TradFi) to join our team and play a key role in enhancing cross-channel communications for our growing e-commerce platform. As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for driving platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics through various channels like push notifications, email, and in-browser messages.
Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and creative departments. The successful candidate will need to have a deep understanding of our product, identify crucial consumer touchpoints, and provide actionable insights to meet customer demands. Strong research, communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential for this position. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is also required.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Support the CRM Manager in planning and executing CRM and campaign programs.
- Drive platform retention, engagement, and usage metrics by focusing on new-fund deposits and cross-selling conversions.
- Manage user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, in-app messages), and performance evaluation.
- Utilize data analytics to predict user behavior and implement targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies within an optimized framework.
- Conduct experiments across the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement.
- Integrate data points with CRM applications for improved data analysis.
- Analyze industry trends to align with business objectives.
- Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and apply basic statistics to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, marketing, CRM, or BA roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets and traditional finance.
- Proficiency in analyzing economic trends and market indicators.
- Experience in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with a sensitivity to numbers and logical thinking.
- Track record of utilizing data and analytics tools to boost performance and enhance customer experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, with Mandarin proficiency being advantageous.
- Proficient in project management and communication.
- Experience in enabling marketing personalization using 1st and 3rd party data.
- Advantageous to have experience in SQL or HTML.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Braze, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrates ownership, responsibility, and commitment.
- Self-motivated learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic market conditions.
- Interest in financial news is preferred.
