Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing: Support the Partnership Manager in handling day-to-day account servicing matters to ensure efficient communication and resolution of partner inquiries.
• Lead Identification and Pitching: Assist the Partnership Manager in identifying suitable products for potential partners and aiding in effective pitching strategies.
• Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations, oversee end-to-end onboarding, and manage partnerships’ technical integration and execution.
• Relationship Management: Assist the Partnership Manager in cultivating strong relationships with senior executives of high-value partners to foster long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations, to streamline partnership management processes effectively.
• Process Improvement: Propose innovative methods to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of internal operations.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Capable of identifying and initiating discussions with relevant local industry players.
• Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: Demonstrates a keen interest and understanding of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Work Ethics: Disciplined and capable of working independently with strong work ethics.
• Educational Background: Polytechnic or University Graduate with prior part-time or full-time work experience required.
• Knowledge on APIs: Preferably has expertise in APIs.
