Crypto Chief of Staff (Albania-remote)

Token Metrics is looking to hire a proactive Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive support to our executives in both administrative duties and strategic initiatives. The perfect candidate should have a background of over 5 years in strategic leadership roles, with a preference for experience as a Chief of Staff, and a solid foundation in venture capital. Proficiency in cryptocurrency concepts, exceptional communication skills, and robust project management capabilities are indispensable for this role. Previous exposure to FinTech or Web3 sectors is a must. We seek a self-driven and ethical individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and is open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Support executives in daily operational tasks, encompassing scheduling meetings, organizing travel logistics, and managing communications.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategies for finalizing crypto SPVs by utilizing market knowledge and networking for acquiring investments.
• Conduct interviews with potential high-value plan candidates, evaluate their qualifications, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
• Review and enhance content for investor newsletters ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Token Metrics' brand and messaging.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to simplify procedures, address operational hurdles, and promote continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory amendments, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency landscape to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic leadership, ideally as a Chief of Staff.
• Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
• Previous involvement in venture capital is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in cryptocurrency aspects such as blockchain and Web3.
• Background in FinTech or Web3 industry.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability in executing tasks with promptness in high-pressure environments.
• Proficient in process and project management with acute attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and analytical thinker capable of working autonomously or in teams.
• Strong ethical values and willingness to challenge conventional practices.
• Readiness and capability to travel based on business needs.
