Description
Astra DAO is in search of a Cryptocurrency Customer Support Specialist who is skilled in meeting the needs of cryptocurrency customers, including answering inquiries about products and services and processing orders. The role involves investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position should have good knowledge of product and service details, maintain positive relationships with customers, and deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.
The internship program at Astra DAO is a 3-month evaluative unpaid opportunity, with potential return offers based on company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Respond promptly to customer queries.
- Engage with customers via different communication channels.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Have a deep understanding of our products to assist with inquiries.
- Manage orders, forms, and various customer requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate with teammates as needed.
- Provide input on optimizing customer service operations.
- Supervise and support junior customer service staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support.
- Assist with additional tasks related to the role, as assigned by Token Metrics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Preferably Intercom).
- Familiarity with community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
