The role involves investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position should have good knowledge of product and service details, maintain positive relationships with customers, and deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.
The internship program at Astra DAO is a 3-month evaluative unpaid opportunity, with potential return offers based on company requirements.
Responsibilities
Approach customers with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
Respond promptly to customer queries.
Engage with customers via different communication channels.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
