Customer Experience Team Leader, Bulgaria
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the customer service function to ensure smooth operation without disruptions.
- Provide guidance, advice, and supervision to team members handling customer service tasks.
- Keep the team informed about any changes and updates during shifts.
- Handle escalations if needed and offer related advice.
- Create shift schedules and monthly plans, and adjust as needed for unexpected circumstances.
- Monitor staffing levels, including extra shifts and sick leaves.
- Supervise queues for incoming chats/emails to maintain response times.
- Recommend operational improvements within the customer service setup, including tools and practices.
- Track adherence to performance indicators and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on ongoing tasks and the state of customer service.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in managing a customer service team.
- Ability to proactively work with management and meet performance goals within established SLAs.
- Proficient in English (C1 level of the CEFR or higher).
- Willingness to work on different shifts.
- Hands-on experience with various communication channels and usage of tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to frequent changes.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
