About The Role 🤔:

As a pivotal member of our Customer Experience & Revenue team in a key region, this position centers around driving long-term prosperity and expansion for our clients—facilitating prompt value realization, enhancing engagement, and broadening their presence on the Immutable platform.

As the Customer Growth Manager for EMEA, you will collaborate directly with leading game studios utilizing Immutable, assisting them in onboarding, fostering growth strategies, and ensuring lasting retention. Your role involves being the strategic advisor and daily advocate for our clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion, aiding in the rollout of new growth products, and collaborating across departments to bring tangible commercial value to life.

  • Nurture and expand a portfolio of B2B customer relationships post-sale, driving substantial adoption and sustained engagement.
  • Implement strategies to boost customer retention and generate additional revenue through upselling Immutable’s growth products.
  • Develop tailored plans for delivery with clients, working closely with Delivery Leads and specialists for impactful implementation.
  • Recognize new commercial prospects within client accounts and shape product advancement and market alignment proactively.
  • Monitor account well-being and continually enhance the customer journey to unleash long-term value.
  • Manage high-level relationships with a strong foundation of trust, especially during the initial 3–12 months of onboarding.
  • Represent Immutable in strategic client meetings and occasional market events.

  • 3–6 years of experience in a dynamic environment such as consulting, banking, or a rapidly expanding startup.
  • Demonstrated success in managing post-sale B2B relationships while owning or significantly influencing revenue targets.
  • Direct expertise in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships—particularly within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven ability to tackle intricate challenges in uncertain environments effectively.
  • An inclination towards taking action swiftly to create a meaningful impact and deliver substantial value to clients.
  • Deep enthusiasm for gaming and an interest in web3, as this role will involve close collaboration with game teams and game mechanisms.
  • Experience working with developers or technical users of products; having empathy for their requirements is crucial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders—efficiently handling asynchronous and live interactions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and leveraging data for informed decision-making.

What you'll need

Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in BD/sales in financial institutions, Internet companies or blockchain industries. Applicants with successful cases of connecting with API customers such as market makers and brokers will be given priority.
Professional knowledge: Familiar with the cryptocurrency market, understand basic concepts such as API trading systems, high-frequency trading, quantitative trading, etc., and have a certain understanding of blockchain technology. Have basic IT knowledge and be able to understand technical details such as API interfaces and data transmission to facilitate effective communication with customers.
Communication skills: Have excellent business negotiation and interpersonal skills, and be able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
