Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to back-office tickets and respond to customer inquiries through online channels promptly and accurately.
  • Provide support to customers, handle their queries, suggestions, and complaints using email and relevant online tools.
  • Collaborate with other business units on customer interactions, maintain detailed documentation of customer feedback, and contribute to enhancing documentation quality.
  • Address customer complaints, special cases, and handle ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Possess a college degree or higher qualification.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless communication with international stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in customer service (minimum of 1 year), preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors.
  • Demonstrate integrity, proactiveness, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a drive to surpass set expectations.
  • Exhibit a passion for customer service, willing to operate in varied work shifts, including night schedules.

Requirements
 
Experience and Education
- Minimum 3 years of customer support experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto trading, and digital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
 
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain mechanics.
- Experience with customer service platforms, ticketing systems, or CRM tools.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for crypto transaction issues.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
 
Personal Qualities
- Fluent in written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
