- Efficiently manage high volumes of live chat and phone interactions
- Identify and understand customer needs to deliver satisfactory solutions
- Provide precise, comprehensive, and valid information promptly
- Address complaints effectively, delivering suitable solutions within stipulated timeframes, and ensuring resolutions are followed up on
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies
- Demonstrate dedication by going the extra mile to engage customers effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in utilizing IT tools for professional purposes and managing somewhat technical customer inquiries
- Excellent written communication skills and attentive listening abilities
- Strong multitasking capabilities, effective prioritization skills, and adept time management
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is favorable
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Willingness to work weekends and unconventional hours, including night shifts
