Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
  • Proficiency in utilizing IT tools for professional purposes and managing somewhat technical customer inquiries
  • Excellent written communication skills and attentive listening abilities
  • Strong multitasking capabilities, effective prioritization skills, and adept time management
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is favorable
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Willingness to work weekends and unconventional hours, including night shifts
