Customer support will be delivered through a ticketing system as well as live chat and phone calls. This support will involve addressing customer queries, complaints, and facilitating identification approvals for our market-leading cryptocurrency exchange.
The language requirements for this role are English and Korean, hence our search for candidates proficient in both languages.
### Responsibilities
- Manage back office tickets and offer 24/7 online inquiries and email response services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide advice and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Support other business units by liaising with customers, accurately documenting their requests and advice, and providing feedback via documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, unique cases, and any ad hoc tasks.
### Requirements
- Hold a college diploma or higher qualification.
- Must be proficient in English and Korean. Knowledge of other languages will be advantageous for better collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Possess a minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce. Recent outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate high levels of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and surpass expectations.
- Exhibit a passion for the customer service industry and willingness to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
- Positive outlook towards the crypto industry.
