Position Summary
In this role, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service team, ensuring exceptional support for our global client base. As a frontline representative, you will engage with users through live chat and ticketing systems, addressing queries related to our digital asset products and services. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to deliver a seamless customer experience while gathering valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of live chat interactions and support tickets in various languages.
- Understand and address customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information on platform features, products, and processes.
- Handle complaints effectively, offer suitable solutions within set timelines, and ensure resolutions are achieved.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain service standards.
- Participate in feedback collection to enhance workflows and products, including AI bot performance and operational procedures.
- Collaborate in validating and testing AI bots, automation workflows, tools, and operational procedures.
- Engage customers proactively to deliver a superior service experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency in IT to handle moderately technical customer queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-powered tools or chatbots.
- Experience in bot validation, testing, or quality assurance workflows (a plus).
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Latvian.
- Willingness to work weekends and night shifts when needed.
