Responsibilities
- Handle customer disputes and arbitrate professionally within the P2P market.
- Investigate trading activities to maintain a secure marketplace and prevent fraudulent behavior.
- Cultivate a culture and establish processes that align with business objectives related to customer service.
- Utilize customer insight and analytics to identify product enhancements and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback throughout the organization.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct continuous customer surveys to gather updated information on customer experience.
- Share insights gained from complaints within the organization and with external partners.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative.
- Proficiency in IT for handling technical customer queries.
- Strong written communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
- Fluency in English and a native language.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is advantageous.
- Availability for weekend work and night shifts.
- Preference for individuals who are Binance P2P users.
