Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Customer Service is advantageous, especially in financial services
- Minimum requirement of a college degree
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
- Strong ethical values with an emphasis on proactivity and attention to detail
- Capability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and exceeding performance standards
