Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous, with a particular preference for candidates with a background in the financial industry
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education level
  • Fluency in Spanish as a native speaker, proficient in English, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus
  • Exemplary honesty, integrity, proactiveness, attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork ethic
