Responsibilities:
- Engage with users through inbound calls, live chat, and other communication channels
- Offer precise, complete, and valid information to users
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies
- Collaborate with other business units to document and address customer issues accurately
- Address complaints promptly by providing resolutions and options within stipulated timeframes, ensuring satisfactory outcomes
- Demonstrate dedication to customer engagement and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, with a particular preference for candidates with a background in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level
- Fluency in Spanish as a native speaker, proficient in English, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus
