Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of live chat and online inquiries proficiently
- Offer precise, thorough, and reliable information to customers
- Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and company policies
- Assist in customer interaction for different departments, accurately recording customer needs
- Handle customer complaints effectively, providing timely resolutions and options and ensuring follow-up for resolution
- Strive to engage customers and go above and beyond in service delivery
Requirements:
- Possess a college degree or higher qualification
- Fluent in Ukrainian with advanced proficiency in English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce sectors
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, outstanding communication abilities, and a dedication to exceeding expectations
- Enthusiasm for the customer service field and willingness to work various shifts
- Positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry
