- Handle complaints effectively by presenting appropriate resolutions within defined timeframes and ensuring resolutions are finalized

Job Prerequisites:
- Possession of a college degree or higher qualification
- Proficiency in Ukrainian language and proficiency in English language
- Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, ideally in the finance or e-commerce sectors. Exceptional recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong ethical values, proactive and detail-oriented nature, sense of accountability, and teamwork spirit
