Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement of a college degree
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the finance or e-commerce sector; Exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong ethical grounds, proactive approach, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and team-oriented mindset
