Responsibilities:

  • Manage back-office tickets and offer round-the-clock online support via voice, email, and chat to address customer needs effectively.
  • Address customer queries, provide guidance, and input through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with different departments to liaison with customers, accurately document requests, and provide necessary feedback through documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, unique cases, or any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of Degree or Diploma and above in any field.
  • Capability in English and Hindi with proficiency in other languages for enhanced coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce, but exceptional recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate high integrity, proactiveness, meticulousness, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Ability to excel under pressure, excellent communication skills, and surpass expectations.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, adaptable to different work shifts, including night shifts, with a positive outlook on the crypto industry.
