About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main contact for Aurora Cloud clients and Partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your responsibilities include client onboarding, driving adoption, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. Collaboration with growth, product, and engineering teams is essential for contributing to product enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, client services, or customer success, or 2+ years in the blockchain industry.
- Profound knowledge of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and dApps.
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Track record managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to derive insights from data.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues effectively.
- Motivated, independent, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, overseeing the entire client journey for ultimate satisfaction.
- Guide clients through solutions and ensure smooth go-to-market experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships, understand client goals, challenges, and needs, and oversee multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to address client issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional services.
- Work with Technical Project Manager and Engineering teams on execution and delivery.
- Collaborate on Customer Success Strategy and Framework with the VP of Growth.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews with clients.
- Monitor client data and metrics for actionable insights, staying updated on industry trends to offer strategic recommendations.
Nice to haves
- Experience in solution sales or technical product sales.
- Background in Partnership Account Management or Reseller Channel Management.
- Previous experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Web3 infrastructure companies.
- Experience with centralized exchanges.
