Job Summary

Joining as a Customer Success Senior Associate within the Second Line Support team at Blockchain.com, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to millions of customers utilizing our products. Your role involves becoming an expert in our products, offering training, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels. You will stay updated on new product functionalities to enhance customer experience and address any issues effectively.

The ideal candidate will excel in simplifying technical issues for customers, possess excellent communication skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A customer-centric approach, along with an interest in cryptocurrencies, is essential.

Moreover, you will handle project-based tasks as required, including cross-functional and tooling/systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Blockchain.com product users.
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels like tickets, emails, and live chat in English.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expedite issue resolutions.
  • Stay informed about product updates to address customer escalations and bugs effectively.
  • Attain key performance metrics related to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize internal tools for managing customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Engage in project-based work including cross-functional assignments and system/tooling projects.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within fintech or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate critical customer issues when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Resilient and flexible with a willingness to support the team as needed.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and/or Intercom preferred.
