Job Opportunity: Customer Success Team Manager
Ledger seeks a dynamic Customer Success Team Manager to become a crucial part of the Customer Success department. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Director, the Team Manager will lead a group of agents in achieving daily objectives and enhancing customer experience and company reputation.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and elevate customer satisfaction levels within the Customer Success department.
- Supervise Team Leads (if required) to ensure team efficiency and alignment with department goals via guidance and oversight.
- Influence hiring processes and decisions by identifying staffing needs and conducting interviews.
- Improve operational efficiency through process enhancement, resource management, and technology implementation.
- Manage high-level customer escalations to foster a positive resolution and uphold the company's reputation.
- Identify and address training needs within the Customer Success team through coaching and mentorship programs.
- Act as a bridge between Customer Success and other company departments, providing regular updates and communicating achievements to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate team performance, make informed decisions, and identify areas for enhancement.
