The Opportunity
Join our Trading Product Group to spearhead the design of derivative trading products on our exchange platform, aimed at delivering innovative solutions that drive a daily trading volume of USD10 billion. We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence professional to join our Trading analysis team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the development and implementation of our product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building high-volume trading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis of trading products.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize business growth, market share, revenue, and user transaction costs.
- Enhance existing data analysis tools, including automated reporting mechanisms and dashboards, for efficient data analysis.
- Dive into business insights, develop data models, generate regular data reports, and proactively identify business issues.
- Spearhead analysis projects and drive the implementation of strategic business decisions.
- Integrate data quality principles into data flows and processes.
- Effectively communicate complex problems to various audiences, including senior executives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis within internet companies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Machine Learning, data architecture, and integrations.
- Strong data sensitivity and ability to extract vital metrics from business logic and user scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adept at driving collaborative initiatives.
- Knowledge or experience in trading financial products preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, excellent communicator, and team player.
