As the Data Analytics Manager at Swyftx, you will spearhead a team of data experts to integrate data, implement effective data governance practices, and utilize advanced analytics and AI to derive practical insights. Your pivotal role involves converting raw data into strategic assets, steering data-informed decisions, and nurturing an analytical culture within the organization.

Please note that this position is Brisbane-based and offers a hybrid working model with on-site presence required on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Milton office.

Some of your core responsibilities in this position include:

• Drive strategic business determinations by offering actionable suggestions and insights.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and progress against targets.
• Effectively communicate insights and discoveries through compelling visualizations.
• Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, sales, support, product, R&D, and IT to align data insights with business goals.
• Utilize advanced analytics methods and AI to generate predictive insights and identify business behavior patterns.
• Serve as a model for building an engaged, high-performance, united, and inclusive team.

For success in this role, you should posses:

• Extensive experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or related roles involving the development of data models and databases in a rapidly expanding business setting.
• Strong business understanding and commercial sensibility, capable of allocating data resources and prioritizing initiatives based on their business impact.
• Effective communication skills to engage diverse audiences through concise, effective messages using suitable methods.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and cultivate a dynamic, high-performance team with clear objectives and achieved results.
• Proficiency in DAX, SQL, Python, and R for intricate calculations, data modeling, custom scripts, and significant data transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Query to ensure accurate and analyzable data.
• Expertise in creating impactful data visualizations and interactive dashboards with tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools to construct predictive models and automate insights would be advantageous but not mandatory.
