The company aims to offer users a universal account to manage their assets, identity, and reputation seamlessly across multiple ecosystems. The primary product of Moca Network is AIR Kit, which serves as a digital identity infrastructure allowing Web2 and Web3 projects to establish a universal embedded account for users to handle digital assets, identity, and reputation data. This setup provides access to a range of DeFi and consumer services offered by Moca Network's partners. By utilizing AIR Kit, apps with a large user base can create their own app ecosystem seamlessly with embedded blockchain functionalities, ensuring consistent account usage and data across various consumer apps on supported chains.

Summary of the Role:

The role involves designing and supervising the scalable data infrastructure for Moca Network. This includes supporting operational analytics, partner integrations with AIR Kit, and business intelligence systems while upholding data integrity, security, and compliance to contribute towards Moca Network's objective of advancing as the leading identity data chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing comprehensive data architectures, models, and schemas to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Developing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time and batch processing across different systems.
• Designing and optimizing data warehouses and lakes for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Establishing governance frameworks, quality standards, access controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Facilitating analytics capabilities and insights for product, operations, and marketing teams by integrating queries and AI-powered data platforms.
• Building systems for managing and analyzing blockchain data, specifically for the Moca Chain, including indexing, querying, and extracting on-chain events and smart contract interactions.
• Designing data APIs and integration patterns for seamless data exchange with partners and internal systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, database design (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Strong expertise in data pipeline tools, data modeling, and real-time streaming architectures.
• Experience in programming languages like Python, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance.
• Knowledge of blockchain data indexing, web3 analytics, Moca Chain, AIR Kit SDK, and smart contract interactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
