Responsibilities

- Manage full data pipelines and internal platforms for monitoring, reporting, fraud prevention, and operational insights related to fiat transactions.

Requirements
- Robust background in backend engineering with a focus on Java (Spring Boot / microservices).
- Experience in constructing data infrastructure, involving distributed data processing, data pipelines, and streamlining systems.
- Familiarity with technologies like Kafka, Flink/Spark, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, or other sizeable data storage and compute mechanisms.
- Proficient in understanding system performance, scalability, and reliability principles.
- Previous work on services supporting substantial amounts of financial or transactional data is advantageous.
- Capable of working in fast-paced, highly responsible environments, independently delivering projects from design to production.
- Exposure to Web3/crypto or payments/fiat systems is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Flink, Spark, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch is preferred.
- Understanding of financial data models, reconciliation processes, fraud indications, or compliance data workflows.
