You'll spend your time:
- Designing, creating, and evaluating software tools to automate the optimization of complex systems with interconnected components
- Integrating automated tools with simulation systems for design validation
- Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of automation solutions
- Documenting automated design procedures, including strategies, trade-offs, and constraints
The key experience we seek:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency in implementing multi-objective optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, efficient, and well-documented code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The following experiences are advantageous:
- Proficiency in symbolic math software such as Mathematica
Interview process:
- Initial discussion with a member of the Talent Acquisition team (Virtual)
- First-round interview with the Hiring Manager and broader team (Virtual or In-Person)
- Final interview with the Hiring Manager and Engineering Leadership (Virtual or In-Person)
