You'll spend your time:

• Designing, creating, and evaluating software tools to automate the optimization of complex systems with interconnected components
• Integrating automated tools with simulation systems for design validation
• Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful integration of automation solutions
• Documenting automated design procedures, including strategies, trade-offs, and constraints

The key experience we seek:

• Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
• Proficiency in implementing multi-objective optimization techniques
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, efficient, and well-documented code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The following experiences are advantageous:

• Proficiency in symbolic math software such as Mathematica

Interview process:

• Initial discussion with a member of the Talent Acquisition team (Virtual)
• First-round interview with the Hiring Manager and broader team (Virtual or In-Person)
• Final interview with the Hiring Manager and Engineering Leadership (Virtual or In-Person)
