  • Support and expand Decentraland's developer and artist community by actively engaging in virtual events, forums, and hosting office hours or meetups.
  • Advocate for creators internally and externally to ensure their contributions are acknowledged and celebrated.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years experience in developer relations, community management, technical support, or related roles.

  • Community-centric mindset with experience in engaging and supporting user or developer communities to drive growth and collaboration.
  • Comfortable with presenting at virtual conferences or participating in live Q&A sessions.
  • Passion for virtual worlds, especially in platforms like Decentraland, Web3, and empowering creators.
  • Experience working in Web3, gaming, or virtual world environments.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, remote-first environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Decentraland or similar virtual environments, including tools and technical resources.
  • Prior experience in organizing workshops, events, or initiatives tailored for creators.
