Developer Partner Manager

The Growth team at DFINITY is dedicated to fostering the Internet Computer ecosystem by collaborating with impactful developers and entrepreneurs to create hyperscale internet services for a global audience.

The Developer Partner Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our developer partners. This position involves engaging with community developers daily, assisting with technical challenges, connecting partners with potential collaborators, and collaborating with various teams within the organization. The Developer Partner Manager also oversees feedback mechanisms from partners to the DFINITY Foundation team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with partners by addressing technical inquiries, providing access to resources, and facilitating engagement
• Develop and implement programs to keep partners informed about new features, tools, and opportunities
• Organize networking opportunities for developer partners and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Support in evaluating potential developer partners and managing inbound leads
• Advocate for partners within the organization and prioritize their technical requirements in conjunction with the R&D team
• Promote partners' work to showcase their contributions to DFINITY and the Internet Computer ecosystem
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and collaborations with the communications and marketing team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, ecosystem growth, or developer relations
• Profound understanding of developers and entrepreneurs, with experience in blockchain/crypto
• Ability to drive initiatives efficiently, communicate effectively, and navigate fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication skills honed through client interactions
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited for a dynamic work environment

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $190,000/yr (Total compensation includes base salary + bonus and is determined by various factors such as job level, expertise, education, experience, and location)
