Key Responsibilities:
We are searching for an exceptional team member to join our Developer Marketing team, focusing on developer relations for the Americas region. You will lead our developer advocacy initiatives to enhance engagement, facilitating all developers to learn and create using Circle products and services. Your pivotal role involves creating content, conducting workshops, and speaking at meetups to motivate both curious and seasoned builders within the Web3 space. As a trusted advocate, you will support developers to enhance their platform experience, offer insights for continuous improvements to internal teams, and play a vital part in representing Circle at industry events to foster relationships and bolster visibility within the developer community.
Main Tasks Include:
- Active participation in Web3 communities as a credible representative of Circle
- Crafting engaging content for developers to facilitate quick start on building applications with Circle tools and services
- Implementation of strategic developer growth and engagement strategies supporting Circle's GTM objectives
- Attendance, speaking engagements, and presentations at crypto and blockchain conferences focused on developers and builders
- Advocating for customer needs in the dynamic crypto and blockchain landscape
- Collaboration with ecosystem partners to amplify transparency and trust of Circle amongst developers
Qualifications You Bring to Circle:
- Over 7 years of experience in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the crypto and blockchain domain
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying technically complex topics
- Ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for your vision and initiatives to ensure success
- Proficient hands-on development experience, willing to demonstrate and build as required
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Willingness to travel up to 30%+
Additional Information:
- This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates
- Analyzing various factors to determine the starting pay, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational requirements
- Compensation package includes Base Pay Range from $145,000 - $192,500, and an Annual Bonus Target of 15%
- Additional benefits comprise Equity & Benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
