Development Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
The role of the Development Project Coordinator is a temporary, full-time position that offers practical experience in supporting a fast-growing technology and infrastructure company. This role involves working on cross-functional projects and gaining exposure to various areas of the business like operations, community engagement, safety, business services, and corporate initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with company leaders, assisting in research, project coordination, event planning, operational support, and process improvement initiatives that contribute to advancing business priorities. This position is ideal for individuals who are well-organized, adaptable, and interested in gaining a broad understanding of business operations in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting operational and administrative projects spanning multiple business functions.
- Coordinating project activities, schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Assisting in planning and executing internal meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives.
- Conducting research, analyzing information, and preparing summaries, presentations, and reports for department leaders.
- Providing project support to departments such as Community Engagement, Business Operations, Safety, and other assigned corporate functions.
- Assisting in process documentation and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives.
- Maintaining well-organized project files, records, and supporting documentation.
- Completing assigned projects while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Performing additional duties and special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to occasionally travel.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with event setup or materials when needed.
- Ability to work in both office and remote environments and engage in computer-based work for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Academic background in Business, Operations, Finance, Communications, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, volunteer leadership, or project experience.
- Interest in energy, technology, digital infrastructure, or Bitcoin mining.
- Experience using project management or collaboration platforms like Monday.com or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.
