About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and business-savvy professional to join our Delivery Team as a Delivery Manager.
As a vital team member, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients as well as a trusted point of contact for our employees, ensuring exceptional experiences all around. Your primary responsibility will be to understand, track, and communicate the impact of our consultants’ work to ensure clients recognize the value they receive.
You will play a pivotal role in client relations, focusing on enhancing their experiences. Working closely with People teams, you will also assist in account growth by providing valuable insights in collaboration with Account Managers. This position demands a consultative mindset, along with robust relationship management and communication skills.
Duties
Client Relationship & Value Delivery
Cultivate strong relationships and serve as the primary contact for delivery matters.
Lead recurring client meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.
Clearly articulate the business impact and value generated by consultants.
Delivery Excellence & Value Tracking
Monitor consultant performance to align with client expectations.
Track delivery health and proactively identify and address risks.
Provide visibility into results, outcomes, and overall impact.
Consultant Experience & Retention
Establish trust with consultants through regular check-ins and ongoing support.
Recognize early signs of disengagement or attrition risk, and take proactive measures.
Collaborate with People teams to develop and implement retention strategies.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify and address risks associated with performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
Navigate complex situations and mediate conflicts between clients and consultants.
Escalate issues promptly for effective resolution.
Project Management
Oversight of outsourcing projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate risks.
Maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Opportunity Identification & Growth Support
Recognize expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Share insights with Account Managers to bolster growth strategies.
Contribute to fostering enduring partnerships through consistent value delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Talent, People, and Account teams to ensure alignment.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding processes as required.
Contribute to enhancing delivery and internal processes continuously.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Background in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management, preferably in tech-related fields.
Strong ability to understand and communicate business impact effectively.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with staff augmentation or distributed teams.
Familiarity with software development environments.
Role Structure & Collaboration
Account Managers oversee account growth and expansion.
Talent Acquisition manages recruitment and pipeline development.
Project Managers oversee delivery visibility, client relationships, and retention, serving as the liaison between clients and consultants.
