The Finance and Accounting (F&A) team is a diverse group responsible for functions such as Financial Control, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collectively, the team works towards optimizing global finance initiatives with a focus on detail-oriented multitasking across various engaging project scopes.

Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team.

Coordinate the implementation of new bank structures, services, and controls processes.

Assist in optimizing capital structure and provide simulations to senior management.

Manage bank accounts, oversee Bank Relationship Management, and negotiate bank facilities.

Aid in cash forecasting and global cash management, including short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution.

Help in developing automated systems and processes for fiat and digital assets.

Support liquidity forecasts and monitor liquidity continually.

Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to streamline funding, FX, and digital assets positions.

Integrate risk and control processes into daily tasks for effective risk monitoring and mitigation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

1 to 2 years of Treasury experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Proficiency in V-Lookup, Tableau, SQL (or equivalent), and strong Excel skills.

Fluency in English & Chinese.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
