Role Overview
Do you excel in the realm of technology as a DevOps Engineer or SRE, seeking an engaging opportunity in the blockchain sector? Figment, a leader in blockchain technology, invites skilled individuals to join our team as a DevOps Engineer/SRE Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-call support and maintenance for production systems
- Monitor and identify system performance and availability issues
- Implement and manage system automation and configuration processes
- Ensure the high availability and scalability of our systems
- Collaborate with protocol teams to deploy and manage blockchain nodes
- Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments
Requirements
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or SRE role
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Familiarity with system engineering and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Understanding of Linux basics and kernel functionality
- Experience in remote work or readiness to adapt to it
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
