Scope of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for successful candidates to join the DevOps Team.
Opportunity
- Work independently in a highly autonomous setting
- Collaborate and contribute to the security roadmap

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on security-related matters
Role and Responsibilities
- Interact with the Commission de surveillance du secteur finance (CSSF) on Information Security risk and control matters
- Contribute to implementing and upholding EU and Luxembourg information security requirements and regulations like the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
- Develop, maintain, and ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure
- Work with diverse teams to identify and implement enhancements in infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response
- Set up monitoring and observability tools to ensure system security, performance, and stability
- Uphold security best practices across all infrastructure areas, including access controls, encryption, and network security
- Provide end-user desktop support to a small group of internal staff
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Docker)
- Strong scripting language skills (Go, Python, Bash) and familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
- Understanding of security best practices, including encryption, access control, and network security
- Exposure to DevOps tooling (Automation, Orchestration, CI/CD, Testing, etc)
