Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead full project management cycle for creating, managing, and optimizing landing pages for Google search keywords and paid ads.
- Develop and execute creative schedules to meet KPIs.
- Address daily creative requests from Growth user acquisition, CRM, and campaign teams aligned with campaign objectives.
- Implement analytics tools to monitor landing page performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and Growth Creative Director's direction.
- Collaborate with Growth Creative, development, and UA teams to improve landing page efficacy.
- Utilize creative data analytics to enhance content performance and drive informed decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to guide content strategies.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for multiple projects.
- Efficiently allocate and utilize resources.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or related field.
- Possess 5-8 years of project management and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital content creation and project management.
- Proficient in Google Ads and keyword optimization.
- Experience managing creative requests across various marketing teams.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Creative data analytics skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Possess a creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Aptitude in overseeing creative campaign processes to align with growth objectives and KPIs.
- Skilled in using data-driven insights to inform creative strategies and campaign optimization.
- Experienced in managing creative assets across various social channels ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with different stakeholders.
- Skilled in agile project management, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Able to develop creative strategies resonating with target audiences on each social platform.
- Results-driven with keen attention to detail for error-free and platform-optimized creative assets.
- Enthusiastic about staying updated on digital advertising trends and best practices.
- Experience in performance advertising.
- Highly organized and unfazed by working under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar tools preferred.
