Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a qualified Director to spearhead the development and expansion of a regional Treasury function, overseeing OTC, digital asset, and fiat operations within the Asia timezone. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the regional lead for all Treasury-related affairs, collaborating closely with Treasury Leadership to establish a geographical follow-the-sun coverage model. Working in active partnership with our Product, Business, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, you will deliver risk-mitigated operational solutions that drive value for Circle’s clientele operating during Asian hours. Leading the establishment of superior processes and controls that surpass current and impending regulatory demands, this position presents a unique opportunity to create a pivotal regional function crucial to fulfilling Circle’s global customer commitments.

Your Areas of Focus:

  • Establishing and expanding a top-notch firmwide operations function regionally to facilitate continuous 24/7 crypto and fiat transactions.
  • Overseeing the management of regional transaction banking partners to enhance stablecoin liquidity proximity to our customers.
  • Supervising Treasury relationships with global financial service providers to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Implementing automated operational processes to bolster redundancy, decrease error rates, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Enforcing and enhancing operational controls, policies, standards, and procedures for operational activities.

Qualifications for Success at Circle:
