Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive our partner-focused go-to-market strategy in LATAM. This role aligns closely with our Distribution Partners, such as Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, Investment Platforms, and NGOs, particularly focusing on the Brazil and Mexico markets. Proficiency in local languages is essential.
This role is pivotal in collaborating on partner activations, growth initiatives, and successful partner relationships. You will be developing co-marketing campaigns and advising partners on the optimal ways to market Circle products to their clientele. Direct engagement with partners to strategize marketing initiatives, content creation, public relations, messaging, and analytical reporting will be key facets of your responsibilities.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead marketing efforts for major enterprise partnerships in LATAM.
- Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners aimed at driving USDC growth.
- Serve as a primary liaison with partner marketing teams, co-authoring growth strategies and campaigns.
- Create and oversee partner marketing content development, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media initiatives.
- Develop educational materials for partners and oversee product marketing resources.
- Analyze and report campaign performance data.
- Travel regionally for partner engagements and industry events to evangelize partnerships and products in the LATAM market.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar domains, preferably in B2B or B2B2C financial services.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish with experience working in LATAM markets.
- Strong knowledge of digital currency, web3, blockchain, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Demonstrated capability in campaign management and collateral development.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to engage with new technologies.
- Thrives in dynamic, unstructured environments and can establish order within complexity.
- Skilled in driving cross-functional GTM execution collaboratively.
- Proficient in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.

Additional Information:
Starting Salary Range: $160,000 - $207,500
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
