Description
- As the Director of Content and Digital PR, your main role will be developing and overseeing the global content strategy to optimize organic performance, focusing on user needs and conversion objectives. You will lead the production of high-quality, engaging content adhering to SEO best practices, along with spearheading digital PR campaigns to bolster brand authority. Crucially, you will champion content that enhances conversion rates and provides substantial value beyond search engine rankings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy that prioritizes SEO performance, user engagement, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ensure content quality, relevance, and alignment with both search intent and user requirements.
- Supervise the implementation of digital PR endeavors to drive organic growth.
- Manage internal and external content teams collaboratively, ensuring the creation of top-notch, optimized content.
- Work closely with the Organic Growth Lead and CRO Lead to align content strategy with conversion goals effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance, leveraging insights to enhance strategies continuously.
- Stay abreast of current developments in content, SEO, and digital PR to shape strategic direction effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in content strategy, SEO content creation, and digital PR.
- Proficient in writing, editing, and content planning with a deep understanding of SEO principles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing content teams and external contributors.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to adjust strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles and a user-centric content approach.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
