Director of Counterparty Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight on risk management for business activities and risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to defined risk framework and procedures, promptly addressing and escalating any identified issues.
- Contribute significantly to strategic developments focusing on enhancing stress testing, risk analytics, and intra-day risk management tools.
- Evaluate and approve risks relating to margin financing and collateral arrangements.
- Conduct stress testing and VaR analysis for client portfolios while monitoring limit utilizations when necessary.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyze risks across various business aspects, including counterparty, country, asset, exchange, currency, and concentration risks.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in different business functions.
- Stay informed of market structure changes, regulations, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:

- Ability to balance structured and flexible approaches, make tough decisions when required.
