Position Overview:
BitGo is currently seeking a Director of Engineering to play a pivotal role within the Prime organization. This individual will contribute to the development of resilient services and take charge of critical projects independently or with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative trading and financing solutions catering to a diverse range of clients, spanning from crypto-native to Fortune 500 companies.
- Ensure exceptional user experience across Prime Trade and Financing products.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders to establish and execute product and technical visions for Prime Engineering.
- Mentor engineering managers to nurture the next wave of senior engineering leaders at BitGo.
- Cultivate a culture across engineering that reflects values of open communication, collaboration, accountability, craftsmanship, and client-centric focus.
Skills & Experience:

Required Skills & Experience:
